I am a Dutch Software Engineer and first moved to Germany in 1998 as an exchange student. After finishing my education in 2000, I moved to Germany permanently. I consider myself well-integrated both culturally and linguistically.

With customers and colleagues, I have a reputation as a creative and imaginative person, able to think outside of the box, especially when identifying, analyzing and solving problems. I am a fast learner, able to adapt to new technologies and business lines easily.

As a Software Engineer, I enjoy taking on a leading role, ensuring that deliveries are on-time, within budget and to the highest possible quality. I am risk aware and able to communicate issues - often before they have been readily identified - in an open and honest way.
